川流新材料基金二期（“二期基金”）是川流投資募集并管理的以材料與化學科技為主題的股權投資基金。二期基金延續川流新材料基金一期（“一期基金”）的投資策略，持續專注布局材料與化學科技領域擁有先進技術、高進入壁壘和核心競爭力的創新型與成長性的投資機會。
二期基金的主要投資者來自專業投資機構，如建發新興投資、蘇州基金、中新集團（601512.SH）、元禾辰坤、安誠資本、華義創投、泓寧亨泰、恒興集團、寶拓資源、安徽新華投資等；大型跨國化學及材料企業，包括立時集團（NIPSEA）、紫金礦業（601899.SH）、索爾維（Solvay）和巴斯夫（BASF）；以及化學材料各細分領域的上市龍頭企業，包括科思股份（300856.SZ）、閏土股份（002440.SZ）、七彩化學（300758.SZ）、金禾實業（002597.SZ）和葉氏化工集團（00408.HK）；同時，基金也得到了一些知名企業創始家族或主要股東的支持。
一期基金的大部分投資者對二期基金進行了持續加碼，上述主要投資者中建發新興投資、華義創投、閏土股份、七彩化學、索爾維和巴斯夫同為一期與二期基金的投資者。得益于新、老投資者的認可與支持，川流新材料基金二期規模超過14億元，接近一期基金規模的3倍。
